Do you know a new Mom? This would be a great book to give her for Mother’s Day! Personally I have a nice sized collection of Chicken Soup Books and I love them! The stories in them range from being funny, happy, sad all different emotions but they are all heart touching they all in the end make your heart warm. Especially with a new baby Mom’s can feel overwhelmed (I know I did after each of mine) But this book is a great way for Mom to not feel like she is the only one feeling this way.
This book though is not just for the New Moms we normally think of that have just left the hospital with the sweet bundle of Joy, but the Moms who spent years waiting to be able to have that special bundle of Joy come home with them, and the Mom’s who have just been handed their beautiful child (be it a baby or an older child) when they were adopting. This book is filled with great stories of every different type of New Mom.
I have not yet made my way through the entire book, but I am working my way and there have been times where I have had tears of both happiness and sadness but each story is heart touching. Along with the stories are the cartoons that every Chicken Soup book has that no matter what story you read before you saw it will crack a smile on your face.
