What would YOU do if you Won 1 Million Dollars + $5,000 a week for life!?!

Many times in my married life Tom and I have had to stretch our pennies to the max, there were times we have picked between having him have lunch meat for lunch or paying a bill (Which ended up with him eating PB & J, good thing he likes it!). We have always had cars that are older and while we are content with those cars the breaking down part is not something that is fun at all, especially not right now when it is hot and neither car has working AC :(. In the 8 years we have been married we have never been debt free, and have made choices to put money away for our kids college funds then pay off the rest of a credit card when extra money was free. I know not everyone would make that choice but for us our children’s education is important and we only get 18 years to save for it and paying off a credit card we have a lot more time on.

We have always used coupons- even when we have gotten better off financially because it just makes sense, it is free money to use grocery shopping so why would I pass it up even if I can afford to not use them all the time? I wouldn’t stop using them no matter what happened.

I have many times thought about what it would be like if we won a TON of money and what we would do with it.

Right now Publisher’s Clearing House is having their 1 Million Dollar + $5,000 a week sweepstakes and one person is going to win BIG! It got me thinking- What would I do with that money? So here is a list of things that I would do if I won big.

  • Pay off Tom’s student loans
  • Pay off our credit card
  • Buy us each a new car that we would only have to worry about having to keep up on maintenance on.
  • Buy a home – we have always rented and I am ready to own my own home
  • Put money in my kids college funds
  • Do giveaways on the blog like I do now but more often to help all of you
  • Donate money to the local homeless centers and food kitchens
  • Use the money to open up a house for young pregnant mothers – something that I have always dreamed of doing

The Mega Prize is BACK! You all remember when LeRoy Faulks won Publishers Clearing House first-ever Mega Prize, right? Then combine those two thoughts and THAT’S what you could do with the Mega Prize!

You see, the Mega Prize is extra special because a winner would have the best of both worlds — One Million Dollars to start living the life of a Publishers Clearing House Millionaire right away! Then, weekly prize checks of $5,000 would allow a Mega Prize winner to keep living the high life! Wow, that’s a prize, of Mega-Proportions! Yes, Dave and Danielle of the PCH Prize Patrol could surprise you at your home with a check for One Million Dollars! And remember, that would only be the beginning! If you win, you’d still have weekly prize checks of $5,000 to look forward to – FOR LIFE!
