Ham and scalloped potato casserole
Here is a quick, easy and yummy recipe to use the left over ham from Easter with! My dad made this all the time when we had ham and had a ton of left overs. It is so quick, easy and super yummy!
Ham and scalloped potato casserole Ingredients:
- Ham cut into bite sized pieces (I use about 2 cups)
- 1 box of Scalloped potatoes
Ham and scalloped potato casserole Directions:
- Mix scalloped potatoes following the directions on the box
- Add ham pieces and mix
- Pour into baking pan
- Bake at 425 for 25 minutes
Then add a veggie and rolls and you have a quick and easy meal.
