So it is summer time – this is a tough time of year for me because I have to admit to myself that I haven’t worked out as hard as I should have or I just plain ate too much food. Right about the time I’m trying on a new bathing suit (I know you’ve all been there!) is when I feel the guiltiest. So I have to step up and renew my resolve. I LOVE working out, and now I’m on a six day a week schedule and trying to cut down my food intake. I used to take a class that tracked my progress for me, but I decided to try something new and lost that benefit in the process. Thankfully, the Eat Smart Body Fat scale helps me keep track all my own!
This scale is everything I wanted in a scale plus some, so I’m super excited to have it! It’s super sleek and thin, weighs almost nothing, and it’s really easy to read from any distance. I had expected to get my weight, but with this I also get my body fat, body muscle, bone mass and water weight (which is especially awesome about 1 week a month). I’ve heard a lot of complaints about scales that give you that much info – a lot of them can be really complicated to set up. But this scale was a breeze…it took me two seconds to input my info, and it allows up to 8 personal profiles so my husband’s been using ittoo (mostly to show off – he’s a twig…). You also don’t have to manually switch profiles because it will recognize you automatically. It turns on as soon as you step on it and turns off automatically, so you don’t have to try to mess with any power buttons. The weight seems right on, and will continuously show the same weight when I step on it over and over. Maybe my only complaint is trying to keep it clean cause smudges drive me Bonkers, but it wipes up really easily and when it does smudge it’s hard to see on the black surface unless you’re standing right on it. I would definitely recommend this scale to anyone trying to keep track of their progress this summer while we all try to find the perfect bathing suit before the hottest months or that vacation you have planned.
