Eeek! I completely forgot to post my update this week:( It is not as good as I would have liked but with a conference last week that had yummy food and continuing to battle a migraine all weekend long I gave into things like chocolate cravings and pretzel cravings, but there are somethings that I am noticing that are helping me keep my focus. I am seeing my pants be looser and the way my shirts are fitting around my midsection.
Now for this weeks weigh in results:
Starting Weight: 160
End of week 4 weight: 149.2
Total weight loss: 10.8 pounds
I am excited that I am over the first 10 pound hurdle and I only have 39.2 pounds left to lose to my goal weight!
