Making a great holiday side dish has never been easier. This sweet potato side dish is a great option. It can also be made in advance to make your holiday routine even easier. I love making casseroles and sides like this a few weeks in advance and putting into a freezer to oven storage container. I then will freeze and pull it out the day before and allow it to thaw. Pop it into the oven and cook on Thanksgiving morning and save a ton of time on the day of your meal.
