Its the season to spread a little holiday love. When you are shopping for you candy canes try to look for ones that are more open on the top. If they are all tightly closed on the top like mine where you can always just pour a little chocolate over the top to make them look open. - A box of mini candy canes
- White Chocolate
- Semi-sweet Chocolate
- Crushed candy canes
Candy Cane Chocolate Hearts | Christmas Treat Recipe Directions
Melt your chocolates using a double boiler. Place you candy canes in a sheet pan lined with parchment paper in the shape of hearts. Pour your melted chocolates in a ziplock bag. Cut the tip off the corner of the bag and fill the candy cane heart up with the chocolate. Sprinkle with your sprinkles or crushed candy canes. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to set up.
