Are you diabetic or know someone who is diabetic? Those supplies can get very expensive. When I was pregnant with our youngest 2 children I had gestational diabetes, even though the insurance we have covered my meter it did not cover my test strips, which cost a lot of money. I was thankful for all the freebie meters I was able to get at Walgreens, and CVS and the few I was able to sign up for online.
I also had issues with figuring out things that I could make that filled my cravings for foods that you are not really supposed to eat. I ended up eating them anyway and causing issues with my blood sugar and having highs and lows because of it.
This awesome freebie would have been great, not only could I have saved money with having the meter and the strips that come with it, but I would have had recipes that would have been ok to eat and not caused my blood sugar to have such highs and lows.
You can get this freebie here and if you know someone who is a diabetic this would be something great to get and give to them, or even if you do not know anyone this would be a great item to donate for those who can not afford their testing supplies.
