It has been a little over a year since we moved back to the Poconos after spending almost 10 years living in New Jersey and there are many things that have popped up on the to do list for around the house. I am sure Tom is quite thrilled with me every time he hears the words “I want to fix _____”. He might have started blocking me out to when he hears those words because sometimes I have to repeat myself a few times 😉
One of the things that has been on my list is our master bathroom shower, more specifically the door itself. It is gross, the rest of the house was well taken care of by the previous owners but I am not sure they ever used or cleaned that shower. The scrubbing I have done to it has done no good, more like feeling like a huge waste of time because nothing I do makes it look nice. So the only solution I have come up with is for Tom to replace it. I am sure he loves that idea 😉
I have been looking on pinterest for bathroom designs because I will paint that bathroom finally when I have a shower that we actually can use and functions. I refuse to use that bathroom until then, and we all use the kids bathroom because no one wants to take shower in a gross, can’t see through the glass shower.
In my searches I stumbled upon Sterling Prevail Sliding Shower doors. Not only does it look nice, Sterling shower doors with ComforTrack technology and it looks like something Tom can handle 🙂 A big plus is that the flexible track is easy to clean! I don’t ever want to have to deal with a shower that can’t get clean ever again! Sterling Prevail shower doors with the ComforTrack technology are available for BOTH bath doors and shower doors.
For those who are looking for one that can go in the kids bathroom that won’t make you hurt while bathing the kids or the pets it offers a cushioned threshold that bends and allows the user to kneel, sit or lean on the track, this will also make cleaning it easier.
Now I have not tested this one out myself but this shower door is on the “send Tom to check out list” for when he gets to fixing that bathroom. If anyone wants to put some pressure on him about getting started, I won’t object 🙂
