UGGGGG! While Nutrisystem gave us a list of tips on how to make sure we didn’t gain weight during the holidays I have to admit that I did not listen and stepping on the scale on monday showed it (hence why this post is a few days late because I am dissapointed in myself). I know I can’t beat myself up to much with getting to the gym because it is nearly impossible during the holiday season (as you all know I am finding deals all day and night long) and so as much as I keep saying I need to go to the gym I can’t seem to find the time. so when I stepped on the scale and it showed a 2 pound weight gain I was not a happy camper. My goal this week is to skip tasting what I am making the family for dinner and tasting the things I make for recipes to post and fully stick to it with no cheating (I will leave hubby and the kids as taste testers from now) here is to sticking to it while fighting the holiday madness 😉
Start Weight – 160 pounds
Week 12 Weight – 149.4 pounds
Total loss- 10.6 pounds
