This week my weightloss is a slow one again which makes me a bit sad, however I do have to take into account that I am waiting on my next box of food to arrive and that because I have been doing a lot of running and ran out of the on the go type foods like the lunch bars and breakfast muffins that I have been eating non-nutrisystem foods when I have been on the go. This time that I ordered my food I ordered most of my pantry stuff that can be eaten on the go for lunch and breakfast as to not get off track again.
While my weightloss this week was not as much as I would have hoped I am happy then when I tried on my skinny jeans from last year that I have not been able to fit into for a while that I was able to get them on and zipper and button them 🙂 I still have the muffin top and they are tight but I am happy that I am making progress and was able to get them on!!
Now for my weekly weigh in:
Starting Weight: 160
End of week 5 weight: 148.4
Total weight loss: 11.6 pounds
