So we are still fighting an issue with the Ramada, if you did not see my first post about the conditions of our stay you can see the post Ramada Inn, The good, the bad and the ….
Well we still have heard just about nothing from them. We received an e-mail from the manager of the Ramada in Asheville offering us a 50% discount to come back and stay at the hotel so they could show us it is not that bad…. My response was sending him and e-mail with the link to my original post so he could see it really is that bad. We have not heard anything back from him since.
I took the next step and contacted Wyndham back, well I was told to e-mail the pictures that I had to them and that someone would contact me. I did send them and they came back undeliverable.
I did not want to leave you all hanging when it came to the situation. I am still very upset at how they have handled it. It is like they got their money (and then the hotel wanted more by offering me to have to PAY again to stay there to see it was not that bad) and they just do not care.
I will keep you all updated on this issue and let you all know the final result. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since I first contacted them, so at this point I am sure they do not care to much. They already got their money from our stay.
