This deal is perfect for beginners, or those with no Up Rewards or those who like to not have Up Rewards when they leave the store because they will lose them. I had taken a break from Rite Aid deals for a bit and this week saw a great opportunity to score big on things I needed, while making money from it and not having to worry about Up Rewards Expiring later 🙂

You will need to do 4 transactions for this deal and you will pay $8.96 (plus tax but the only thing I had tax on was the nail files and that was .05) and get back $9.99 cash from Single Check Rebates.  So you will make about $1 in cash!

Transaction 1

Revlon Nail Files @ 1.25 with 40% off store sale
Pay- .75 (plus Tax)
get $2 Up Rewards

Transaction 2

St Josephs Aspirin 120 count @ $4.99
Use $1/1 St. Joseph’s from 9/11 SS

Sucrets @ 2.99

Use $2 Up Reward from transaction 1
pay $4.98
get $6 Up Rewards

Transaction 3

1 Duract Cough Syrup @ $6
Use $6 Up Reward from Transaction 2
pay $0.00
get $6 Up Rewards

Transaction 4

1 Zarbees Cough and Cold @ 6.99
1 Similasan @ 3.99
Use $1.75/1 Similasan coupon from 9/11 SS

Use $6 Up Reward
Pay 3.23

Get $9.99 Single Check rebate back

The retail price of these orders combined is:  $38.70
The sale price (with Rite Aid Card) of these orders is: $26.21
Price after coupons and rebates- $1.03 Money Maker (minus the tax you have to pay)

It is easy, check out our coupon 101 section that is filled with couponing tips https://www.midgetmomma.com/couponingstockpiling-tips/coupon-101/ each week you will also find the coupon match ups for the stores. (Which eliminates you having to hunt down and figure out what coupons to use) and then go shoppping 🙂 Once you get the hang of it it is easy. What part of couponing are you having a hard time with?

Are you sure you can get a RR when you use an RR? (I’ve never tried)

Yes, It is called rolling. I did this exact transaction in the store. All drugs stores (Cvs, wags and rite aid will give you the store money (ECB, RR or Up Rewards) if you pay with them. The only store that you can not use the same to get another one is Walgreeens. for example you buy shampoo that gives you an RR you can not use that to get more of the same product you have to buy a different product to get a different brands RR to then use the different brands RR to get the 1st product again.

      Example
      Buy Shampoo get $4RR
Then buy Soda get $3 RR
Then you can use the soda RR to buy more of the shampoo
(this is just an example and is not a sale going on this week)
