This week was a stressful week for us, a waiting game for 2 checks to come in the mail that were needed to pay out bills. We were stuck for a few days wondering if the rent was going to be paid and if the bills were going to be paid and how it was going to happen. Hubby and I were both on edge wondering when those checks were going to get here and what we were going to do. I am telling you all this because I know many of you have been in the same shoes we have. Thankfully one check came in and the bills that needed to be paid were paid and we are good until the next one comes(which is hopefully soon because it was supposed to be here back in January). While it was stressful and I was freaking out, crossing my fingers my toes and praying that one of the checks would come in and we would be ok and at the very last minute a check arrived.
I am sharing this with you because I know we all run into issues in life where we have a plan, and hubby and I had a plan, a plan that got us all the way to where the next stop, which our next stop was waiting for a check to come that was late and out of our hands. While we were both very stressed out because of the situation keeping a positive outlook and staying positive and saying no matter what we would figure out how to make things work (even though I still don’t have any idea how we would have lol). I want you all to keep a positive outlook no matter how gloomy the situation is because keeping a positive outlook will help the situation and it does not just apply to being stuck in a bind when it comes to money it works for everything in life.
The other day a friend of mine posted the following on facebook which really helped lift my spirits and make me think about how my situation did suck, we were stressed and were trying to figure out what we were going to do but this little quote helped relax me just a bit and I hope that it does the same for you if you are in a stressful spot.
A whole heaping lot
For the people and places
You’re lucky you’re not (Dr. Seuss)
I know this is a bit of rambling on my part but I want you to remember that a positive outlook will make things better, no matter what the situation is.
