We finally became homeowners 3 years ago after spending 9 years renting and there are many things I love about owning our own home. On the other side there are many things that I do not love about being a home owner. One of those things is house maintenance and things needing repairs. I am awful about keeping up and checking things to make sure they are in tip top shape. Things like our hot water heater, toilets ect. So I am always looking for ways to make my life easier when it comes to detecting any issues we might have.
Leaks is something that I am always worried about. We have had our toilets leak more times then I want to remember because a kiddo stuck to much toilet paper in the toilet. Of course you don’t realize the water is everywhere until you get into the bathroom and it is flooded!
We have had our air conditioning unit leak and because it is in the basement no one realized it. That was a huge mess to clean up!
These types of surprises are no fun! Thankfully there is an awesome new device that takes the guess work out of detecting leaks! The Delta Leak Detector!
Super simple to set up, remove it from the box and put in the batteries that come with it. Download the Delta Leak app to your Smartphone and connect the device to your app. Connecting your device to your app takes about 2 minutes and is super easy! Then place your Delta Leak Detector where you are wanting to monitor leaks. If you have a leak you will get a notification on your phone, no guessing needed! No surprise water everywhere because the Delta Leak Detector will let you know!
The Delta Leak Detector is designed to monitor any home water source and can be easily placed near water heaters, appliances, sump pumps, sinks, toilets and even throughout non-living spaces like attics, basements and garages. It only needs a few tiny drop of water to know that there is a leak! How awesome is that!?!
As Moms we don’t have the time to be checking for leaks all the time, and thanks to the Delta Leak Detector we don’t have to!
You can purchase the Delta Leak Detector online and in stores like Lowe’s and Home Depot!
