Since I had my last baby a little over a year ago, I have been working really hard to try to take off the extra weight (aren’t we all?) and I was recently turned onto smoothies as a meal replacement. I tried a lot of recipes, but I made one up that has become my go to favorite. All of the ingredients are inexpensive and you can use coupons for a lot of them and it has tons of healthy goodness in it! So here it is!
MommyMae’s Frozen Fruit Smoothie
2 cups frozen fruit
(I buy the big bags of unsweetened frozen fruit at Walmart. At about 7.50 a bag it makes ALOT of smoothies and I like the strawberry, pineapple, mango, peach mixture. Many of them are seasonal so buying this bag allows me to make the same smoothie all year round. But feel free to freeze your own fresh fruit mixture as well!)
1 cup Greek yogurt with honey (Go here to save on yours!)
1 cup Silk Vanilla flavored Almond milk.

Just put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
