If you saw some of my cookware you would probably wonder what the heck I did to it, seriously I have burnt a lot of pans. Including my most recent victim being my red spaghetti pot, which this one had me very upset. How can I have a red and black kitchen with out my red cookware? Well I can not really, the one I had as my back up (in case I ever burnt my spaghetti pot) is gray and it does not match my kitchen and I really need to get a new red one.
The other must have for me other then being red is non stick pans, trust me when I say this, you DO NOT want me cooking with anything but. I have had things stick with cooking spray and on a non stick pan, I was making green eggs and ham for my kiddos and well I am not sure how it happened, eggs are not my normal mess up dish normally it is extravagant things that I mess up. But this time with the eggs I think I added to much green food coloring.
I do have a goal that one day I will not be the queen of burning things event with my non stick pans, but for now I will be using non stick pans with my non stick cooking spray until I get the hang of it. Thankfully there are many places that I can buy my non stick pans and that red is a popular color that when I do need to replace them I am not going to have to stress to much about burning a pan.
While looking for cookware there are many places that you can find good cookware that will meet your needs. While I do always look for a deal on any of my purchases, the quality of the cookware is important. You may think I have been buying cheap cookware since I am burning it rather often, but sadly that is not how it as been. It is not my cookwares fault or the company who made it its mine and I just need to learn how to treat my cookware nicer 🙂
