The New Cookie Monster’s Land at Sesame Place
Recently we had the great chance to go visit the brand new Cookie Monster’s Land at Sesame Place! Since baby D is due so close to our daughters birthday we decide to celebrate a little early by taking her to her favorite place. I can’t believe she is already turning two! She is in love with sesame street but the last time we took her to sesame place she didn’t have as much to do there since she is just a little toddler. She loved all the shows but the rides where just a little to big for her. There was only one ride in Elmo’s world that she would have gone on but it made to much noise for her so she didn’t have the chance to go on any rides last time. Well this time with the brand new Cookie Monster’s Land she was in all her glory!
We started the day early which is what I recommend. When you have a toddler they don’t get the point of lines. My daughter wasn’t the only one trying to pull their parents hand to get them to the front of the line. But that’s the great thing about starting early. I found on a weekday the lines were very short first thing in the morning. We were able to get right on each ride without having to wait! From there we took a break from the heat and got some lunch. After lunch we had a blast going to all the different water attractions.
They have spots just for toddlers to play around but almost all the rides are good for them as well. There was only one ride that I didn’t let her go on because it was a little to fast. I swear she is a little dare devil! Even when I thought the ride was going to be to fast she just had to go on it! I was able to go on all the rides with her (big pregnant belly and all.) It was hard to get her out of the new Cookie Monster Land!
Check out all the fun pictures of the new Cookie Monster Land! While you are there make sure to keep an eye out for the monsters in the bushes!
Don’t forget to stop off and get yourself a cookie monster treat!
