The reason that this deal is NOT ok is because you can not use the B1G1 coupon and the $3 off 2 coupon in the same transaction. and this is why, the buy one get one free coupon is attached to BOTH of the pantene products. The $3 off 2 Pantene products coupon will also do the same and attach to BOTH of the products so when you are using these coupons you can only use one or the other.
To clarify it a little bit more with the deal scenario above,
Buy 2 and use 1 Buy One Get One FREE coupons- to use 1 of the coupons you must buy 2 products and that coupon will attach to both of the items, if you were to try and use the $3 off 2 coupon as well it would attach itself to both products and the coupon states “1 coupon PER PRODUCTS PURCHASED AND QUANTITIES STATED” which means you can only use one coupon for each product or set of product listed numerically that you buy, using 2 coupons in this deal. So in order to use both coupons you must buy 4 items.
You can however combine these coupons with a sale or an instore coupon to save more money and get a deal on them but the scenario above that is floating around it NOT ok!
