Chicken Potato Bake with Veggies

Ingredients

– Chicken breast – Sage – Chicken Broth – Cubed hashbrowns – Cream of chicken soup – Melted butter – Frozen veggies – Sour cream – Shredded cheddar cheese – French onions – Salt – Pepper

Cook and shred your chicken Mix all ingredients, except half of the french onions in a large bowl. Pour into a greased baking dish & top with remaining french onions. Cover and bake 30-45 or until potatoes are done.

Remove cover and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve with a side salad and fresh bread. The sauce created in the casserole is perfect for dipping your bread in!
