I am going to start sharing my meal planning menus with you to help you out with your meal planning for the week. I will also be adding the recipes to the site as I make them (for the ones that are not already on here) and linking to the ones That are on here already so you can make them too!! I hope this helps you all with changing up your menus and not getting stuck in a rut 🙂 I always plan 6 out of the 7 days and we normally have 1 day that is left overs, breakfast or takeout. However I am trying cut back the take out to just 1 day a month (instead of the every friday we have been doing) since it can be a massive killer on the budget.
You can also use my FREE Meal Planning printable to help you out with yours. I know for me it is easier to see and get accomplished if I have it hanging in front of me on the fridge 🙂 Now we do not always stick 100% to this schedule and I might make what I planned for monday on friday ect but I know I have all the ingredients I will need on hand for all of our dinners.
