Peanut Butter & Jelly Cupcakes
These are sooo yummy! And super easy. I used a mini cupcake maker to make them but you can easily use large cupcake pans instead :) They are perfect for my peanut butter buttercream icing!

Ingredients
- 1 Box cake mix yellow or white
- Jelly grape or strawberry will work
- Peanut Butter buttercream icing
- Icing bag with small tip
Instructions
- Mix cake mix according to package and bake according to package
- When they come out of the oven use the icing bag filled with jelly and squeeze jelly into cupcake
- Top with Peanut Butter Butter Cream Icing
