Homemade Chinese Sweet and Sour Chicken, Egg Drop Soup and Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken cut into pieces un cooked
  • 1 Kikkoman Tempura Batter mix
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Take cut chicken and cover in Kikkoman Tempura Batter mix
  • Heat oil in a pan (I used my spaghetti pan and about 1/2 inch of oil)
  • Fry chicken in pan until all the way cooked through (about 7 minutes)
  • Place on plate with papertowels to drain oil
  • Use Kikkoman Sweet and Sour sauce to dip it in
