Tasty Tuesday: White Chocolate Cheesecake Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Pancake mix what ever type you use, home made or from a box I use 1/2 a box of bisquik with these ingrediants below
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 5 Gram crackers crunched up
  • 1/4 block cream cheese chopped into little pieces

Instructions

  • Make Pancakes as normal and add the gram crackers and chocolate chips and strir.
  • Put batter on skillet or pan like normal, drop a few pieces of cream cheese on the top. Let them cook till it bubbles and flip. Cook second side until they are golden brown :)
