Christmas Crockpot Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white almond bark
  • 1 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz dry roasted peanuts
  • Holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place your white almond bark, the peanuts, and the semi-sweet chocolate chips into your slow cooker.
  • Lay a clean kitchen towel on top of the slow cooker.
  • Put the lid on the slow cooker.
  • Turn the slow cooker on low.
  • Cook for 1 hour then stir.
  • Place the towel back on, put the lid back on and then stir every 20 minutes until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Once the chocolate is ready to go, place the baking cups in the muffin tray.
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the chocolate into the baking cups. Fill them as little or as full as you would like. Then top with sprinkles.
  • Set the muffin trays either in your fridge or in a cool area (like the garage) to allow the chocolate to complete cool and set.
  • Once the chocolate has set, remove the candies from the muffin tray and paper liners if you prefer. Serve and enjoy!
