1 pound cooked chicken 3 cups 1 teaspoon garlic powder pinch Salt pinch pepper 10.5 ounce cream of mushroom soup 1 can 12 ounces frozen mixed veggies 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 32 ounces frozen tater tots
Cook your chicken by your preferred method – baked or boiled.
Shred the cooked chicken and add to a large bowl.
Add the canned cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper and garlic powder and 1 cup of cheese to the chicken and mix well.
Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour the chicken mixture into the bottom of the pan and spread evenly in the pan.
Pour the frozen mixed veggies on top in an even layer.
Layer the frozen tater tots on top.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
