Oven Baked Chicken Cordon Blue Recipe

1 pound chicken breasts 3-4 chicken breasts 4 slices swiss cheese I got the deli to cut them about 1/8th of an inch thick 4 slices ham I got mine at the deli counter and asked them to slice it about 1/8th of an inch thick 1.5 cups bread crumbs 1/2 cup mayonaise 1/2 spicy brown mustard
Preheat the oven to 375.
In a small bowl add the breadcrumbs.
In another small bowl add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix well to combine.
Line a baking sheet with tinfoil.
Place one chicken breast between 2 pieces of parchment paper and beat with a rolling pin until thin and flat. Repeat with each piece of chicken.
Lay each flattened chicken breast on top of the parchment paper.
Then place 1 piece of swiss cheese and 1 piece of ham on each piece of chicken.
Roll up the flattened chicken breast, use a toothpick to hold the roll together.
Using a silicone brush cover the chicken with the mixture.
Roll the chicken in bread crumbs and place it on a baking sheet and repeat for each chicken breast.
Cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked all the way.
