Pumpkin French Toast

Pumpkin French Toast! This amazing pumpkin french toast tastes JUST like you would expect a fall breakfast to taste like!

  • Heat a griddle or skillet on medium high heat.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin and pie spice until smooth.
  • Dip each side of the bread in the pumpkin spice french toast mixture.
  • Add a little butter or non stick cooking spray to your griddle or pan.
  • Place the french toast on the griddle or pan and cook until golden brown (1-2 minuteand then flip to cook the other side until golden brown. Continue this with all pieces of french toast until they are all cooked.
  • Serve with butter and real maple syrup. Sometimes I also add a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
