  • Break up the meat with a wooden spoon and cook until browned.
  • Drain the meat from any extra oil by place on a plate with paper towels.
  • Place the meat back into the pan.
  • Mix in the tomato sauce, sugar, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Serve the mixture on the buns with lots of napkins.
