Grilled Steak With Blue Cheese Butter
Grilled Steak With Blue Cheese Butter is one of my favorite summer grilling recipes. Juicy grilled steak, seasoned and topped with homemade Blue Cheese Butter compound is perfect for summer grilling!
- 1.5 pound steak of your choice
- olive oil
- Montreal steak seasoning
- 3 tablespoons butter soften
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoons chives
Let your steaks come to room temperate for 45 minutes.
Preheat your grill.
Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with the Montreal steak seasoning.
Grill the steak for your desired doneness.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
While the steak is resting make your compound butter. Chop the chives and add them to a small bowl.
Add the butter, blue cheese crumbles to the bowl and mix well together.
Plate the steak and top with blue cheese butter compound.
