Made with pantry staples, chicken breasts, potatoes and vegetables, this Slow Cooker Paprika Chicken is truly a complete meal in one! With a smoky paprika flavor, this is not your typical crockpot dump and go dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken cubed
  • 4 cups Russet Potatoes Peeled & Chopped into small pieces
  • 3 Carrots Chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Place the bouillon cube and water in your slow cooker and stir until well combined.
  • Add Onion, chicken, potatoes, carrots, Worcestershire Sauce, honey, lemon, pepper, salt, and paprika to the slow cooker and mix well.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
