  • Preheat the oven to 450 while prepping your Parmesan Garlic Sweet Potato Fries.  
  • Line the baking sheets with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch sticks and put them in a bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix the sweet potato fries well.
  • Lay the Parmesan Garlic Sweet Potato Fries out on a single layer on the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle the fries with the garlic and place back in the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the fries are crispy.
  • Once the fries are cooked and crispy remove them from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
