  • In a large bowl, combine bananas, oil, egg.
  • In another large bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder.
  • Add the dry mixture to the banana mixture.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop the batter into greased or lined muffin tins.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Until a toothpick comes out clean when placed in the middle.
  • Cool for 5 minutes in the muffin tin and remove to cool on a cooling rack for 15-20 minutes.
