  • Cook pasta according to box once cooked drain and rinse with cold water until cold.
  • Pour pasta in a large bow.
  • Slice your red peppers, olives and add into pasta.
  • Drain the can of chickpeas and add them into the bowl.
  • Cut the mozzarella cheese into small pieces and add to the bowl
  • Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar into the bowl and stir well.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
