1 pound spaghetti 1 ½ cups spaghetti sauce 2 cups mozzarella cheese divided 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated fresh basil
Shred the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese if needed and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Over medium-high heat, bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the Salt to the water.
Once the water is boiling, add your pasta and cook the pasta 2 minutes short of the package directions on the box.
Drain the cooked spaghetti with a colander and add the pasta back into the pot.
Add the pasta sauce and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix well.
Pour the spaghetti into a 9×13 baking dish and top with the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and sprinke the basil on top.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
