Recipe: Apple Crumb Cake

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 3 Apples sliced
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons Land O Lakes cinnamon butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Crumb topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons land o lakes cinnamon butter
Instructions
- Mix butter and brown sugar until its is creamy,
- Add the egg and vanilla and mix till mixed in
- Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and apple sauce and mix well
- Pour into baking pan - I used a 9x13
- Add a layer of apple slices to the top
- Mix all ingredients for crumb topping and stir with a fork until you have small clumps
- sprinkle topping on top
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees
