Reader Recipes: Sweet & Spicy Porkchops!

  • 5-6 Boneless pork chops or however much meat you want
  • 1/2 medium green pepper sliced
  • 1/2 vidalia onion sliced
  • 16 oz can of tomatoe sauce
  • 2.5 to 3 T of brown sugar
  • 2.5 to 3 T of vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rice I use that 10-min boil-in-a-bag rice


  • Cook the pork chops thoroughly
  • Add all wet ingredients, Let simmer for 5-10 minutes on low.
  • Add onions and green peppers, add salt and papper and mix toroughly.
  • Let the meat/veggie/sauce mixture simmer for about 15 minutes or until soft.
  • During this time, you can boil your rice, drain it, and put it on the plate or in a bowl.
  • Just spoon over the top of the rice on your plate when you're ready to eat :)
