Ingredients

Boneless pork chops
or however much meat you want
1/2
medium green pepper sliced
1/2
vidalia onion sliced
16
oz
can of tomatoe sauce
2.5 to 3
T
of brown sugar
2.5 to 3
T
of vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Rice
I use that 10-min boil-in-a-bag rice
Instructions
Cook the pork chops thoroughly
Add all wet ingredients, Let simmer for 5-10 minutes on low.
Add onions and green peppers, add salt and papper and mix toroughly.
Let the meat/veggie/sauce mixture simmer for about 15 minutes or until soft.
During this time, you can boil your rice, drain it, and put it on the plate or in a bowl.
Just spoon over the top of the rice on your plate when you're ready to eat :)
