Ingredients

  • 8 ham steaks
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 can chopped pineapple

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat add the apricot preserves and the pineapple with the juice.  
  • Heat until the sauce starts bubbling a little bit.
  • Then add in the ham steaks 2 at a time and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are heated and cooked through. 
  • Once cooked, place on a plate and then pour the pineapple sauce over the ham steaks.

Notes

You can adjust the carb count by adding less sauce on top.
