cornstarch

whole milk

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl mix the milk, oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients just until combined, don't over mix.
Let the batter sit for 30 minutes and preheat your waffle maker.
Cook your waffles according to the directions of your waffle maker using roughly 1/2 cup of batter per waffle.
