Chocolate Cake Cookies
Cake mix cookies are one of the EASIEST cookies to make! If you are running short on time but want a super soft, chocolaty cookie then you are going to love these chocolate cake mix cookies. With only 6 ingredients you get one tasty cookie!

Ingredients
- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package Holiday baking M&M's
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
- 2 tsp espresso powder
- Frosting 1 batch homemade or 1 container of store bought
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a bowl mix cake mix, oil, eggs and expresso powder.
- Then using your hands make small 1/2 inch balls and place on a baking tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and remove from oven.
- Let cookies cool a few minutes on the baking tray and then transfer to a cookie rack. Let them cool completely.
- Using the backside of a spoon put your icing on top of the cookies then sprinkles and top with the mini baking M&M's.
