Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Lemon Garlic Shrimp is the perfect dish to serve if you are in a rush but wanting an impressive and tasty main dish! Seriously, there are not many dishes that are this easy to make!

  • 1 1/2  pounds  raw shrimp  medium sized, peeled and deveined
  • tablespoon  olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/2  teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 lemons
  • tablespoons  fresh parsley  chopped


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • If you need to peel your shrimp or devein them do it first. Then put your shrimp on the pan. 
  •  Add salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil to the shrimp and then mix well so all of the shrimp are covered in the salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil. 
  • Slice one lemon and place the slices onto the sheet pan randomly on the pan in between the shrimp.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes until the shrimp are opaque.
  • Drizzle the shrimp with the juice of the second lemon and sprinkle with the parsley.


You can lower the carb count by using less garlic. 
The parsley is optional.
