Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz herb and garlic cheese boursin or alouette
  • 1 English cucumber cut into size 16 slices
  • chives

Instructions

  • Using a vegetable peeler remove small strips of the cucumber skin to add some decoration.
  • Slice the cucumber about 1 mm thick.
  • Place the cheese into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip.
  • With a paper towel pat, the cucumber tops to remove any moister.
  • Pipe the cheese onto of each cucumber and top with a piece of chive.
