This easy BBQ Chicken Chaffle is a tasty savory chaffle recipe with chicken, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cooked chicken diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp sugar free bbq sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp almond flour

Instructions

  • Heat up your Dash mini waffle maker.
  • In a small bowl mix the egg, almond flour, BBQ sauce, diced chicken and Cheddar Cheese.
  • Add 1/2 of the batter into your mini waffle maker and cook for 4 minutes. If they are still a bit uncooked leave it cooking for another 2 minutes. Then cook the rest of the batter to make a second chaffle.
  • DO NOT open the waffle maker before the 4 minute mark.
  • Enjoy alone or dip in BBQ Sauce or ranch dressing!
