Making zoodles, aka zucchini noodles is a super simple way to have a healthy low carb pasta alternative. This is the best way to make zoodles and it is super easy to do!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced

How to Make Zucchini Noodles

  • Cut the ends off of your zucchinis. Using your spiralizer her turn your zucchini and create your noodles with both zucchinis.
  • When you are spiraling the zucchini I recommend breaking them off every now and then. This way you don't end up with really long noodles.

How to Cook Zucchini Noodles

  • Preheat your oven to 500°.
  • Toss your noodles with your olive oil and garlic. Spread your zoodles onto a sheet pan in an even layer.
  • Bake until the zucchini has softened, about 10 to 15 minutes. Halfway through stir the noodles.
