  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cover your large cookie sheet pan with tin foil. Break your pretzels into smaller pieces.
  • In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt the butter and brown sugar, stirring ever now and then.
  • Once it comes to a boil stop stirring and continue to boil for 3 minutes.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the pretzels.
  • Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the top  and let it sit for 4 minutes to melt.
  • Using a butter knife spread the chocolate chips smooth.
  • Sprinkle the top with the salt.
