Equipment

  • Lollipop sticks
  • Optional: Small plastic gift bags
  • Optional: Decorative ribbons

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate candy melts in a microwave or double boiler according to package directions until they are fully melted.
  • Dip the lollipop sticks into the chocolate and then into the marshmallow.
  • Then dip the marshmallows into the melted candy, turning to cover them completely
  • Tap the stick on the edge of the container to get off any extra chocolate.
  • Stand the marshmallows upright in a glass filled with uncooked rice or beans or use a styrofoam piece. Place the pearls at the eyes.
  • Using the end of the tooth pick dot small dots of chocolate to make the pupils.
  • Put the glass or styrofoam piece, whichever you are using in the fridge until the chocolate has cooled and hardened slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove the marshmallow pops from the fridge once they are cool.
  • Using a toothpick and the remaining melted chocolate, dab melted chocolate onto the end of the candy corn and stick them on the back side of the marshmallows for the tail.
  • Cut the yellow end off of the candy corn and place some chocolate on the back and stick it upside down on the face.
  • Place them back in the fridge for another 15 minutes to let the chocolate set up.
