Making these homemade disinfecting wipes at home will help you keep the germs at bay while saving you money. If you are stuck trying to find disinfecting wipes in the store, these DIY Disinfecting wipes will do the same thing as the store bought ones. These Homemade Disinfecting wipes have just 4 ingredients needed to make them!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rubbing Alcohol isopropyl alcohol
  • 1/2 cup Filtered Water
  • 1/2 cup White Vinegar
  • 30 drops Essential Oils Optional

Instructions

How to Make Reusable Disinfecting Wipes

  • In a glass measuring cup add 3 cups of Rubbing Alcohol, 1/2 cup filtered water and 1/2 cup white vinegar.
  • Using a whisk mix well.
  • Add in essential oils and mix well again.
  • Place wash cloths, or other fabric cloths into your glass jar.
  • Pour the Disinfecting mixture into the container on top of the cloths.
  • Close the lid and shake so all of the towels are soaked in disinfecting solution.

How to Make Disinfecting Wipes with paper towels

  • In a glass measuring cup add 3 cups of Rubbing Alcohol, 1/2 cup filtered water and 1/2 cup white vinegar.
  • Using a whisk mix well.
  • Add in essential oils and mix well again set aside.
  • Start with a full roll of paper towels, and using a grated knife cut the roll of paper towels in half.
  • Remove each section of paper towels, so you have the individual sheets of paper towels.
  • Place the paper towels into a glass container with a lid.
  • Pour the disinfecting solution on top of the paper towels and close the lid, shake so all paper towels absorb the disinfecting solution.
