This lemon spiced whisky cocktail is the perfect drink inspired by Chewbacca. Quick and easy to make, this cocktail is perfect for the adults at the party!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces spiced whiskey
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ounce freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce pure maple syrup
  • 2-3 shakes of bitters
  • ice

Instructions

  • Add the egg white, whiskey to a cocktail shaker and vigorously shake for 20 seconds
  • Add the lemon juice, maple syrup, bitters and ice to the shaker, and shake and chill the drink. Strain and serve immediately in a glass over ice.
