Maple Overnight Oats
Maple Overnight Oats! With only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time and you will have this easy to make Maple Overnight Oats recipe ready for breakfast in the morning!
Get a mason jar or a container that you can put a lid on that will be able to be shut and air tight.
Put in the oats, then the milk, maple syrup and yogurt.
Shake well if using a mason jar or stir well if using a container. Be sure that all of the oats are covered by the liquid.
Put the lid on and then put the overnight oats in the fridge for 8-10 hours. For me that is putting them in at night before I go to bed and leaving them there until morning.
Serve as desired, cold or hot.
