Easy Oven Roasted Carrots

Oven roasted carrots is an easy to make side dish that needs just a few minutes to prep. Fresh carrots tossed with Olive Oil, garlic, salt and pepper and then roasted in the oven until tender.

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  • Wash and peel the carrots if you are peeling them.
  • Place the carrots on a sheet pan lined with tin foil or in a large cast-iron pan.
  • Drizzle the oil over all the carrots.
  • Sprinkle the garlic, salt, and pepper over and toss them to make sure they are well coated.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, until tender.
